Ceramic Flooring

Ceramic is one of the most cost-effective and durable types of flooring that we offer at Capital Carpets. Great for entry ways, kitchen/laundry, and recreation rooms, ceramic tile is hardy, easy to clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Ceramic tile is created by firing clay in a kiln, producing two commonly used style of tiles. In the first method, the tile is fired only once, with the resulting product highlighting the clay's natural earth tones. The second method produces glazed ceramic tile, which can be glazed with virtually any color. To achieve this, clay is fired twice in the kiln, adding glazing before the second treatment.
