We understand that getting a client’s home or business back to its pre-flood condition in a hurry is critical! We use state-of-the-art techniques and equipment to get them back up and running in a short time.
We communicate clearly and effectively with the insurance company throughout the entirety of the water removal and drying process.
Our water damage work
We make every effort to respond and be on site within 2 hours of the initial call. We will identify the cause of the water damage and stop the source when possible.
We will properly mitigate the extent of the loss and our technicians will communicate any concerns to all parties involved. We will remove any and all unaffected possessions to prevent further damage, and mildew treat all affected areas.
We will install the proper drying equipment specific to the extent of the loss, remove all affected materials, and begin the drying process.
We will log and daily monitor the drying progress, and once all materials have reached acceptable drying levels we will the remove the equipment and treat once again.
We will replace, clean, and/or reinstall any affected carpets. We can also replace any type of non-salvageable flooring.
